0002 INTRODUCTION TO MEDIA AND INFORMATION LITERACY (LAB)

Misconception:
I thought that media literacy means that simply being able to create any kind of media. After the discussion, I learned that media literacy is not just about creating but also about analyzing and evaluating media. It also aims to empower citizens by providing them with the competencies (knowledge and skills) necessary to engage with traditional media and new technologies.

MEDIA AND INFORMATION DESIGN FRAMEWORK

My intended audience are aspiring musicians who use social media. The producer of this article is me, Shena Abdurahman. The purpose of this article is to inspire, encourage and motivate people to try singing, playing any instrument or any music-related activity. The topic of this article is about my experience when it comes to music and how it has helped me as a person. The basis of this article is my own personal experience. I will present this article through a post and video. I will use Facebook, Twitter and YouTube as my platforms for this article.
